Challenge
Managing the ATP Finals in Turin was a colossal challenge. Facing a complex construction site spread across four levels of the “Pala Alpitour” venue and involving more than 40 subcontracted work areas, we took on the demanding task of coordinating over 100 people every day. An immense logistical effort that enabled us to create truly extraordinary spaces.

The process
Working closely with the agency organizing the ATP Finals, we orchestrated a complex and fascinating project. Managing more than 40 parallel workstreams – from the press room to the restaurants – required millimetric precision and the collaboration of over 100 professionals. Our team successfully transformed empty spaces into truly extraordinary environments.
The logistical effort was monumental, involving more than one hundred vehicles used to position furniture and equipment. Not only did we ensure the success of the interiors, but we also developed, in collaboration with Sprech, an innovative structure for the outdoor areas. The ATP Finals are the tangible result of our dedication, creativity, and collective commitment.
